I have all the achievements listed on the Unlock requirements (as listed in the embassy, everything there is checkmarked) but when I try to create a new character I cannot select Zanalari trolls and it tells me I need xyz achievements to unlock the race. Which I already have. Any ideas?
Did you do the Quest Line starting with “A Royal Occassion” that gives u the Achievment: “Allied Races: Zandalari Troll” from the Embassy?

Unlocking the race is not always just getting the requirements, there is usually a short questline from the Embassy that unlocks it. The requirements you met allow you to do the questline.
