Hi, my rate was 1607 before 9.1.5 patch so i was full pvp 246 ilvl. Now i try to upgrade to 249, i just won a RBG game and my rate is now 1624. However i can upgrade all my items except those who can have a socket (helmet, rings, neck, belt, wrist). For these 6 items, upgrade button is available i can click it but nothing happens. Is it a known issue?
