have sigils, trying to upgrade the helm from 1/2 to 2/2
cant upgrade it at the upgrade vendor inside the dummy room?
told “This item can no longer be upgraded”
helm should cost 10 iirc and i have 11 sigils
why change the vendor if the replacement doesn’t even work?

same here and they are reporting it on the US forum also . It worked earlier today now I cant upgrade anything
It seems they removed function completely, now its not even showing that you can upgrade those items
yeah have seen a lot of complaints across general forums and the bug report forums on the US; idk why they even changed the vendors to upgrade guy in the first place.
Confirmed. I even bought a second set of boots just to make sure. No refunds on those either, but the cost is negligible (not much use for the currency anyway). Hoping to see a quick fix for this.

Just here to add another “same here”… Oddly it worked fine on my Warlock earlier but can’t do the same with my Warrior… odd!

Same issue here after patch was released today.
Upgrades were working about an hour ago. Servers (or at least mine) were also rebooted about 15 minutes ago.
