I am new to retail and want to use Chromie Time to access the MoP expansion. I obv don’t have a level 50, but I have done the Speaker of the Horde quest line. However, I am still unable to access anything through Chromie. If someone could help me that would be great!

I wanna add that this is very frustrating. I thought the point of Chromie Time was letting people level the way they want? Actually, it’s letting people maybe level the way they want, after some time and jumping through hoops, if it’s not bugged. You need better product managers.

You need to have levelled a character to level 50 to gain access to Chromie time.
If you do not yet have a level 50 character your character will be pushed a shortened Battle for Azeroth questline and levels in Battle for Azeroth until level 50.
If you already have a level 50 character but choose to take the city tour, your character will be pushed a shortened version of the Battle for Azeroth questline. To unlock the Chromie Time option, you must complete the introductory questline up through A Nation Divided (Alliance) or Speaker of the Horde (Horde). Once you have completed the introductory questline, you can go back to your faction’s main city and talk to Chromie in Stormwind or Orgrimmar to pick a different questing area.

Punyelf is correct. Chromie Time is intended for levelling alts. It is unlocked after you level a character through Battle for Azeroth.
