The portal INTO the portal room just stopped working for me entirely. I just run through it and do not get teleported, any solutions?

Sounds like lag. Have you checked if you can do stuff like talk to vendors or trying to cast an AoE? If none of this works it is definitely some sort of lag.
Nope. Just the portal that wasn’t working - contacted a GM, it had to do with some random legion quest causing phasing issues - specifically the one concerning the little area Demon Hunters hang around at in Mage district.
