I thought Chromie time was available at level 60 now?
When I speak to Chromie she tells me:
“Queen Alextrasza is calling the dragonflights home to the Dragon Isles. We need the help of mortals like you to reclaim our ancestral lands!”
However, I do not even have the Dragonflight expansion…

I tried doing the recommended steps such as completing the BFA introduction upto “A Nation Divided”, however I still have the same issue on my level 60s.
When I ask Chromie about joining a Timewalking campaign, I am instead told that I am wanted on the Dragon Isles.
It used to be unavailable at level 60 until the latest patch. Blizzard promised to make it available until level 61 so I guess they haven’t actually updated the game code to allow it at level 60. Probably when Blizzard promise something for the current patch, it will actually happen in one of the future patches.
Hey! I had the same issue with this character until I tried some of the dialogue options with Chromie and was able to pick a timeline this way:
“I have a question about Timewalking Campaigns.” → “What are Timewalking Campaigns?” → “What timeline should I choose?”
It’ll give you a vague list to pick from and when I went with “I want to be the coolest Warlock on Azeroth!” it gave me the starting quest for Legion. After a quick check the mobs scale to 59 again for me, so I hope it’ll work for you as well!

So it’s possible to access Chromie at level 60? That’s great because at 60 we can access time walking dungeons as well. I’m leveling a toon to 60 then to do Loremaster and as many dungeons as I can.
