Can't access the traveler's log

I can’t access the log because I apparently have no active game time, as you can clearly see, because I am not in Valdrakken on my level 70 Monk, online currently, and have no active game time, despite resubbing a week ago.

I have tried relogging a few times and no. I still require active game time.

EDIT: Okay, apparently you need to do the quest this week or you can’t buy anything? Last week you didn’t. Maybe change the damn message, I was able to look at the traveller’s log earlier today, but not anymore.

What gives, really, what is the error message, and why now, how does it suddenly appear, and why could I access the traveler’s log earlier today, and buy stuff last week?

EDIT 2: Also lost my saved coins from previous week because that makes sense.
