Hello ,I have a problem with paying the subscription, it’s been two days. For the last six months, everything was fine with the card, since once I can’t even add a card or pay with it.I called the bank, they removed all the security procedures that prevented me from paying, but I still can’t.I changed the password, deleted cookies, tried other networks, other browsers, nothing helped. i only got this message : Heads up ! Some payment methods can’t be used for subscription payments.

Outside of that, there isn’t really much we can do, as it will typically mean the card is being declined by your payment provider and you need to contact them directly, or use another payment method – such as setting the card up on PayPal and then using that.
I suppose it depends on which card you are trying to add, a debit card or credit card should be ok but some prepayment cards cannot be used.
Hello, i have the same problem, cant add payment method at all, keeps givin me some orange square error with no text at all. Tried evrything from using another browser, internet connection, clearing catche, changing billing address.When i try to buy sommething i keep geting “Heads up! Some payment methods cant be used for subscripion payments” and it wont even let me put any card info.Contacted my bank and there is no issue on their part, funds are there and i allowed internet payments. Main problem is that i cant attach any payment method to battle net, so its some bug on battle net end.
