Cant buy Charming Courier mount with bnet balance

I can buy all mounts transmog sets pets game upgrade CoD and almost everything in bnet but this mount and only this mount is on bnet in Euro and not PLN i ask gm he told me that in order to buy this one mount i need to use credit card or other payment system

I can conver gold cap to almost 300euro bnet balance but i cant buy this mount
