Hey,
I tried to upgrade my main account (the one I’m posting with) to the wotlk epic edition but it says:
Sorry, you’re not eligible to purchase Northrend Epic Upgrade (from Heroic).
Double checked if I already have the epic edition but it doesn’t look like it. It also says on Battlenet that the upgrade is available for this account. Tried to purchase ingame but didnt work either…
Any ideas?
What country are you in? That could be the reason, also have you ever done any kind of refund on a previous purchase?
If you already have it it says “Good news! You already have access to this product.”
If not it says “Since you already have access to another edition on this game account, you are eligible to upgrade at a reduced price!”

edit: no, I haven’t refunded anything and it doesn’t say that I’ve already purchased this product. Weird since purchasing the heroic edition a while ago was no problem at all
The website seems to be working as I tried and got all the way to the payment screen. I’m in the UK.

I just checked again, I definitely don’t have the epic edition. Also checked my payment method and its up to date.
I have 2 accounts under 1 Bnet account and it lets me buy the epic edition for account 2, but not for account 1 (which is my main acc). So weird.

Have yoiu tried buying it from the shop (on a browser) directly? Some restrictions unfortunately apply to an account when buying from the in-game shop.
If the issue persists, please do open a ticket so that a game master can assist you.
