Can't buy game time / can't redeem prepaid card key

What is going on Blizzard? I wanted to try out your WoW Classic, but I can’t redeem my Prepaid card key. It’s 100% legit. Can’t buy the game time using your official store - I constantly get error code: BLZWEBBMPZTS2Z

If you are still having trouble with that prepaid card, contact support directly so they can have a look into that with you.

Haveing the same issues. Brought code in store (physical). Logged in to my account…redeemed the key-Code…success !
But…
Now I cant play. Still says Inactive Account =(
Been an hour now. Opened a webticket.
