So on my mage which has done absilutely 0 content I am able to buy CN legendary memories - on my shaman which I switched over to and have kept up to date - I am unable to even see 1 legendary from Rendle in Zereth Mortis. Any advice or solution here please?

Do you have any of the 3 currencies (Cosmic Flux, Soul cinders, Grateful offerings) on your toons? I would assume this would be the only restriction. Send some cinders over, and you will probably see it.
Just getting the obvious out of the way: Your shaman doesn’t already have them?

I have the same issue on seemingly all my characters, is there something I might’ve missed, played all expansion, apart from the very last few months of 9.1
Nevermind turns out I am blind.
