Sad to see that I want to spend 60 euros for 3 pets and I CAN’T!!! After doing research I assume they turned off the possibility to buy this order becuase there was a problem that people was getting items from only 1 out of 3 collection editions so they working at it now? Idk… I opened a ticket and GM told me that I will get mail with solution, still waiting, 0 info.

We do have an open issue regarding this product not delivering everything that’s meant to be included. As far as I can tell it should still be possible to purchase, though if not configured correctly that may indeed be causing the error you’re seeing.
Hopefully it can be resolved soon anyway, or as you noted someone will be able to reach out with a workaround, though please keep in mind this may take some time.
