Cant buy The War Within upgrade for some reason! help

I get this message when I try to upgrade my account, any solution?

Sorry, you’re not eligible to purchase World of Warcraft®: The War Within Epic Edition Upgrade.

I play on wow2 account as me and my brother play on the same account name. hes on wow1 and he bought it already. we never faced this issue on previous expansions. please help

well first thing is that account sharing isnt allowed unless he is your legal guardian :sunglasses:
for the failed purchase i would suggest to open a ticket about it :sunglasses:
