Hey,
About 2 moths ago i have started to notice some low FPS in game. I used to have about 100 FPS and during that issue i had about 50 FPS max. The solution was to go to system - advance - and to change the graphic card setting from auto detect to the correct graphic card. This solved the problem.
However, I am having the same low FPS in game but i can not change the graphic card setting from auto detect to the correct graphic card. When I sellect the correct graphic card and click on the button apply (or okay). The setting jumps back to auto detect.
Does any1 know how to fix this?

WoW actually pulls the list of available video cards straight from the operating system, so it kinda sounds like the other (and I assume more powerful) video card is not being correctly handled/recognized within Windows at the moment.
I’d suggest to purge the currently installed drivers for said other video card with a tool like DDU, and then re-install the most recent reference drivers for it directly from the manufacturer website (sadly the automated Windows Update service is not fully reliable in that regard). You’ll also want to check if power settings for the computer are correct - especially on some laptop models a low/moderate setting may lead to high-performance hardware like dedicated video cards being literally disabled, which could yield symptoms very much like described here.
Hey Veadsarias,
Thanks for the fast reply.
It worked, after re-installed my drivers i could select my video card.
Thanks!
