Hello,
I am trying to move the Vigor bar while riding my dragon in the UI menu,
I move the bar in edit mode and then press ‘Save’… nothing happens.
So I press the ‘X’ to leave edit mode and it asks me do I want to ‘Save and Exit’ or ‘Exit’
I press ‘Save and Exit’ and once again nothing happens…
If I press ‘Exit’ then it Exits edit mode and reverts my changes back to before I started.
I’ve restarted the game and also tried with all addons disabled.
Any other ideas please?

You know what else it does? Moves the party frames to the bottom of the screen, behind/over the chatbox, completely unprompted. THEN it saves.
I have zero addons, just for clarity.
As of today, I’m having the exact same issue.
I can’t edit my profile and ‘save’ it just keeps the button highlighted. When I go to press exit, it says save and exit (it doesn’t do anything when I press it). The only thing that works is to press exit, but then it doesnt save any edits I’ve done.
To add to this, I can make a new profile and it works fine, I can edit, but that’s not a solution, I lose everything I’ve setup in my current profile. I’ve tried importing it into another profile, and the same happens. I can’t even delete the profiles either! so the 3 imported ones I did for a test are just sat there.
Please fix this, It’s pretty broken as it stands and I’m having to play with whatever I’ve already done.
I have exactly the same problem. I can make changes to the UI but can’t save anything as a LUA error pops up.
I tried on more than one character. I don’t run any add-ins so there isn’t an issue there.
I submitted a bug report in-game.

I have the same issue can’t edit profiles, delete profiles and create new profiles as of today. Deleted cache and WTF disabled all addons no solution.
Seems like something from an update has just broken it for a fair few people? definitely not an issue with addons, tried without any at all.
Yeah this seems to be a widespread issue and with the introduction of a brand new UI element (Vigor) it’s especially frustrating

I’m having the same issues. Could edit it yesterday without any issues. Today, I can’t do it any more. I disabled all the addons and it still does not work.

Same problem.
Unable to hit Save for any UI changes in Edit Mode.
Tried to uninstall certain addons, disable all addons and scan/repair from launcher.
Scan/repair resulted in constant error during repair. So I had to uninstall the game and reinstall. Atleast I can login back into the game now, but still the issue persist. Cannot use Save in Edit Mode after doing changes to UI elements.
Edit: Just want to add; I installed WoW in a completely new location, had no addons installed… and still, I could not Save my profile with new changes. I am now convienced that this is an issue on Blizzard’s end, maybe something with the servers where profiles are saved?
I have the same issue.
I can not save my changes to the UI in Edit Mode.
(Disabled addons, reloaded game, closed game and started back up etc)

Yep same issue here.lua error without even an addon installed 
my new mega stupid actionbar UI just reset LOL…blizzard BRING BACK OLD UI!!
With issues like this, it’d be best to do a UI reset. If this doesn’t help, please send in a Bug Report.
Same thing started happening today, didn’t install any new addons, it worked fine yesterday. Save button doesnt do anything
I can’t speak for everyone else but, I took a long time getting everything perfect. Resetting it all isn’t really the best solution. It was working fine for us all till today (as many are posting now) so it’s obviously something on blizzards end.
It would be nice if it could get fixed without us having to redo everything.
Same here. Everything worked fine yesterday, and today, this.
Also, if I delete a saved layout, the close the editor, the deleted layouts just come back next time.
Sorry, I spent hours on my UI layout, I just need to move the Vigor bar, I’m not really looking for a solution, that might not even work, which will undo hours of my effort…
