Can't Choose a Covenant on my Alt

I started SL with one Character but then swapped to another one after a few quests in Bastion. I levelled to 60 on 2nd Character and chose my first covenant. However, when I return to the orginal character I can’t now choose a covenant. The first character is level 52 and in Oribos but I get no option for the threads of fate quest. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Hey Morgorath,

If you cannot select the Threads of Fate from Fatescribe Roh-Tahl, that potentially means that you have not completed the 1st Chapter of your Covenant with your level 60 character.
