I got my CE box and tried calming it but all it gave me was Error due to currency refund
I was gifted base edition in nov to be able to access player housing
Got my CE 27/2 and looked forward to jumping into early access but fooled was I.
Made a ticket about it, says avarge wait time 3days and 22 hrs.
I really hope this isn’t the case, Anyone else had similar issue ?
There are quite a few reports about this issue, I hope you’ll receive a response soon to your ticket.

Very same issue here, have a ticket open but I’m pretty sure they have like a million in a backlog or something hehe
Yeah I will guess so, they keep bumping up my time for my ticket, says 4 days now. fingers crossed we will get helped soon
The average shown time is the longest ticket in queue and will not be necessarily your serviced time.
