I got Primal Hakkari Armsplint item from Zul’Gurub and took Paragons of Power: The Vindicator’s Armguards quest after that.
So now I cannot complete Paragons of Power: The Vindicator’s Armguards quest despite I have the item required. Can you help me to complete this quest, please?

The only thing I can find is that you need to be at least Friendly with the Zandalar Tribe to complete it. If you are and it still won’t complete, then you will need to make a ticket
My other understanding of these quests is that other than the Reputation, and I know on WoWhead it says Level 58, the quests aren’t actually available until Level 60.
Checking Doombacon now, it seems you managed to complete the quest.

Hello, I am having a similar issue. I cannot complete the Paragons of Power quests. They are not showing up on Jin’rokh the Breaker - I have the correct items and I have a high enough rep level. Any advice?
