Can't connect am I the only one?

I can’t connect - I get all realms in Red with the mention that population is “Incompatible”. Is it just me - I’m surprised I don’t see any other message about it ? Is there an issue ?

The game is running fine. Exit it completely and make sure there are no updates that need to run.

Thanks Dejarous, very helpful it was indeed the case : there was an update and for some reason the system was attempting to log in to the realms before doing it. Restarting got the update to run, I hope all is well after that.
