Got kicked out of the game. Tried to reconnect. Cannot reconnect.
eu dot battle dot net cannot be found in browser. US dot battle dot net however, does work. Battle.net client on phone, also hangs on logging in. On Wifi as well as on 5g. Friends of mine, can howoever log in but they are in a different country. Im live in the Netherlands. Restarting the router, computer, incognito, changing DNS, nothing works… Also, starting other games via shortcut (diablo IV.exe -launch) doenst show a login windows.
My suspicion is that something is broken… Could you please check ?

same here disconect on the loading screen when looking for gameserver

Same here, also from the Netherlands. Character screen shows blank each time, and won’t let me change realms. This is on wotlk classic.
On Classic Era I can login but there are numerous connection issues.
Weird this is, i cannot find anywhere online that this is happening to more people. Just as soon as i made the topic, you responded. Downdetector and other sites dont report anything… same as the CS eu twitter support thingy…
dont know if it helps, but im on a T-mobile fiber connection… Might be a provider thing.
T-Mobile here as well. We might be getting closer to the root of the issue
If it’s provider-related, I have no idea how to resolve it though. Do you?
i can’t check the forums there, usually there are more night stalkers there 
and their CS is actually good compared to others i have had to deal with.
It would explain why my phone cant connect as well, that one is also on t-Mobile…

Such a coincidence you made this thread just now, was also puzzled as to why others didn’t report any connection issues like this so far

PS. Would using a VPN work, temporarily, to circumvent the connection issue?
imma try the vpn thing in a second. Currently busy with T-Mobile.

Using a VPN solves the issue Connected via netherlands, germany or us and all works again… So it IS a t-mobile issue. With NordVPN that is.
I heard that VPN easily gets you temp banned from bnet, and its also only a temporary solution atm.
only if you hop from country to country, a VPN from the netherlands while you always play from the netherlands is fine.
How will this be solved permanently though? I want to get to the root of this, im not going to sub to a good VPN just to connect to a subcription game.
Same issue, t-mobile not using VPN… any work around yet other than VPN? Also located in netherlands
