Banning our IP’s out of nowhere, without any explanation whatsoever while we are all paying costumers just trying to play the game. And then leaving us in the dark for this long is actually a really bad joke. When is this going to get addressed?

Extra info: I was able to connect yesterday morning. Later in the morning this didnt work anymore and this still is the case 1 day later. I was (on occasion) able to log in on my 4g phone hotspot. This would give me a similar issue sometimes, although i was able to get to the realm selection menu. It seems that there was another issue with the authentication servers.

I don’t know what’s the problem that you don’t even care to explain but we can’t play the latest patch and my son’s expiration date is so close. We’re playing together and our progress has been ruptured. We are using TURKNET as ISP but we have an another ISP, called TURK TELEKOM. On the second one, there is no problem i can access all of your products and launcher. But i’m legally paying for the first one either. So it’s what i ask kindly that you have to unblock our ip adresses for TURKNET.

Still unable to log in anywhere on eu bnet sites, client, etc. Can we still not get even a hint of how long this could take? You’re banning our IP’s here without any explanation whatsoever. And as you were able to resolve the issues with Windas Hellas in Greece you should be able to atleast tell us something about why this is going on.
