Dont have any internet issues,but i cant connect to battlenet.
It shows Error code: BLZBNTBGS80000011
and keeps me offline

Yup, getting the same thing.

We are currently conducting a maintenance on our servers, which started about an hour ago, will last until 19:00 CEST.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. 
Same issue, reinstalled everything. Think there is an issue with battle.net
hey Shammy, same thing happened to me.
So if you want to play, you have to manually open WoW and Log in.
It will ask you to use the Authenticator if you have one in place, do it and it should log you in.
WoW should be back online. There may be some queue to login while players are coming back in.
