I can start the batllenet app. When I launch WOW it gets stuck at connecting.
When I switch to cabled internet I can connect no problem.
I can also connect to heartstone using the same WiFi on the same computer.
Please advise.
Technically, wifi is an unsupported connection method.
That does not mean “it won’t work”, it means “it will probably work, but is outside of the scope of things we can advise on, so if it doesn’t work, shrug”
That said…
I had a similar problem with another MMO, which I won’t mention. But in my case it turned out to be a poor quality ISP supplied wifi router that couldn’t handle more than a few simultaenous wifi connections from the same source. My solution was to throw the ISP supplied router in the trash, and buy my own decent quality one.
Perhaps others have other ideas.
