I am unable to pick up the latest campaign on my toon Poprox despite being uptodate on the campaign to my knowledge.
It says “Raise your renown with the major factions of the Dragon Isles to continue the campaign”.
But I am max renown with the 5 major factions, any ideas?
Exactly what are you thinking of as the “latest campaign”? I see you have completed Embers of Neltharion.
The actual latest campaign is a very short one, introduced this week, and in my quest log it is shown as “Emerald Dream” at the top.
You start it by getting the quest Fire Season https://www.wowhead.com/quest=75918/fire-season at the base of the steps up to Seat of the Aspecs in Valdrakken. You should have received the quest A Sentinel’s Summons to direct you to it, but sometimes these forced breadcrumbs don’t appear.

I can’t pick up the campaign quest “The Dislocated Disc”.

That didn’t show for me straightaway on day one of the new campaign, so I did the other parts and then later on it just appeared on the map. What is interesting for me is that then on my alts it was there straightaway on their day one. Not sure if this helps 
( as an FYI, I had watched MrGM YouTube so knew it was there so was curious why it wasn’t)

You need to do the pre-quests
At 12 Renown with Valdrakken Accord opens up:
The Silver Purpose
That quest starts the Tyr-line actually, to reforge Tyr’s body and the whole Tyrsguard line later and the disc you mentioned

It does seem like other quests from previous storylines may also be necessary.

Yes indeed. I did yesterday on a alt and today I tried with main and get stuck like this. I must try and do them other quests. I noticed there is 2 I can do.
