spineshatter eu 20th anniversary cant creat horde it says it cos of balance but when i check horde vs ally balance is almost 50/50 on different sites an idea how long i need to wait?

Population issues are also handled by the CM team instead of the CS team. For feedback you would need to post on the respective realm forums.
