I’m a newcomer for MOP Classic. I’ve bought a subscription and upgrade to 85 but I can’t create even 1 char! I can understand the logic of new char bans during transition to mega servers for people who already have chars but for newcomers? That’s wild - I eventually have to sit and wait until Bliz gonna sort out this transition and spend money for nothing? wtf?

Me and my wife bought subs 2 days ago because we wanted to start play MOP classic i contacted customer support with question, when the servers will unlocked for character creation look at what stupid answer they got me…

In 2 hours, at 8 pm Berlin time you can create new chars. But only on the active Realms (not Legancy)
you can create new characters now on the new “active realms”
the reason for this is that the whole changing servers thing was rushed for some reason and done super awkwardly and not very well but they wanted to try and make it so people could keep their names
It’s past 8pm berlin time and you can, in fact, not create new characters on active realms.
We went from locked servers to server with high population status where character creation is seemingly manually disabled; at least according to the pop-up you get shown when you try.
You can. I make a lot at 8pm.
However, we have one or two members in our guild who are also unable to create new characters.
you can and you can not. swap between servers until it works. Least thats what i did
