Can't create a support ticket because "maximum number of support tickets" while I have none

Hi, when I try to create support ticket it gives me an error with message:

“You already have the maximum number of active tickets”

And my active number of tickets is zero, literally nothing.

Does it mean that I have no rights to ask anything or get support?

Have you tried checking through your old tickets to make sure that they’re all closed?

On the tickets page it says nothing is active. This is OP, changed character to the right one.

Theres no such thing as “right one” in regards to tickets, tickets are account wide, not character specific. Even if its about a specific character, a GM can see all the tickets made by all your characters.

The reason I say this, is do you have any open tickets on any of your other characters or Blizzard games? They count towards the limit I believe.

Final thought, have you ever had your ticketing ability rescinded by Blizzard. They sometimes do that if you make continual appeals/demands even after you’ve already been told “no”.

That said, there are no GM’s on the forums. The blues are Community Managers, not GM’s, but maybe they can look-see whats going on. Just be aware its weekend, and I believe they have reduced active staff over weekends.

Tickets are not per character, I know it, I’ve just mentioned that cause I’ve REPLIED to the thread from a different character.

No, I never had any problem with creating a ticket.

Hey Друлебас,

In some very rare cases, old tickets may get your account in an odd state, and prevent you from creating new ones. We’re trying to get this sorted for you.

If you still need to contact us, please do try again later today or tomorrow.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

Thanks! It finally worked  It would be really nice to have some sort of automated system to scan for “stuck” tickets

Appreciate your help though, thanks again!
