Hey!
I read here and there that the character limit per account has been increased from 50 to 60 with the pre-patch. I got 50 characters on the same server, but can’t create any more! I can create the 51th character on a different server, but not on the server I play on.
Is this a bug? Is anyone else experiencing this? (Server: Argent Dawn)
If you have 50 characters on your primary server then you cannot create any more on that server, though you can on any other up to the new limit of 60.

i think theres a exception if its a drakhtyr.
not 100% sure tought.
Doesn’t the 60 limit only go into effect once the Dracthyr have been added on the 15th?
eh i think yes,they increased so people with 50 chars can make one drakhtyr.

Hello! the character Limit has increased to 60 indeed! but the thing is that Realm character limit X realm is still 50!
i think the realm limit still being 50 is an oversight by Blizz - they will probably increase it to 60 soon in line with new account limit of 60 - (oh and grats 50 on same realm - must be a lot of scrolling on char page!)
The 60 cap already exists on your account but the server limit is still 50 chars

when DF is live it is 60 
You can already create up to 60 characters
Please make it 60 on the same server 
Im at 50 now with my new dracthyr and realised the Create Char button disappeared from my main server…
