Hey there,
i ran into an issue creating a PTR account for classic / season of mastery.
Under the Games & Subs tab i find the +PTR button, but when i click on it an error occurs stating i had too many accounts linked to his profile.
However, no PTR accounts show up, i can’t select the PTR in the battle net app and i certainly did not create that many accounts.
I already contacted support and they told me to open a topic in the forums.
is there a solution to this problem?

How many WoW accounts do you have showing up here? Is there a Public Test Realm account in there already?

I’m not sure what or where this went wrong, but your account had 4 PTR accounts for World of Warcraft. You should only need the one that you now have following a recent ticket contact, and from there you should see the available In Development options under the pulldown menu above the PLAY button. If you still cannot see these, please try and clear out your Battle.net Desktop App’s cache files.
Also have the same issue, cant find my PTR account, also tried clearing cache and still not showing

I also can’t use the PTR. It says it unavailable. How to solve this?
Are you sure there is an active PTR at the moment? The PTR isn’t always available, because its not a “playing” realm, its a test realm, so when they don’t need to test anything, its usually turned off.
I also have this issue, i have multiple ptr accounts (created by accident), and i dont get any options to download ptr in the battle net launcher. I have reinstalled the launcher, restarted pc and launcher, i have relogged and i have cleared the cache, none of this has fixed the issue.
Same here, no help from Support they only tell me to go here to the forums 
hey all, I found out that if you also create a starter edition account, the ptr accounts you just created will suddenly show; and be in the bnet launcher as well.
