So my gf wanted to try WoW so we made her a trial account so she could try retail for free until she was 20. She liked it and we used RaF on her WoW2 account for her since her WoW1 was ineligible due to there being a level 20 on it already. Now we can’t delete her trial character called “Zerä” on Twisting Nether EU due to mail, she wants to reuse that name on her actual character. The problem is trial characters cannot access mail so we can’t delete it. Tickets don’t work because this problem isn’t specified and anything about mail is redirected to item restoration. And we can’t create a ticket on her WoW1 account with her character because it’s a trial account. Is it possible for a GM to clear her mail so we can delete it manually?

She should be able to make a ticket in the category:
In-Game Issues > Items and mail > Not listed here (or just click the link here).

Hi.
We tried that intiailly but the dropdown menu was bugged and we were unable to choose servers or characters, it was just stuck there. The same problem occurred on my own PC and on my own account as well so I just assumed it was a bug. We used the link you sent on this post and the problem was fixed, though. Thanks!
