Can't disable chat channel

I realm transfered to Kazzak and oh my god trade chat is hell.
So I right clicked chat → Settings → General → Channels → unticked Trade Chat.
I expected this to remove trade chat from General chat, but it didn’t.
So I went into the menu again, and removed the Trade Chat row entirely.
Still nothing.
Relogged into the game.
Still nothing?

I can’t stand being in the city because trade chat won’t stop flowing and I can’t disable it.
What gives!

Have a look here :

First thing I would try is to rejoin both trade channels then leave them, only if that doesn’t work try the reset option.

Oh! I did no realize that trade and services were separate channels. Services is indeed missing from the list. I’ll try this, thanks.
