Cant disenchant items

Item cannot be disenchanted

Some Shadowlands gear is showing ‘Cannot be disenchanted’ without a clear reason. There’s no obvious pattern to it; it’s happening on BoEs, BoPs, greens, blues, items I can equip, items I can’t equip… but not all of them. Anyone else experiencing this?
