So I’ve been charged again with already active game time, so I issue a refund for it. And then I get this wholesome message:

Sounds to me like you did something ban worthy, and then got banned, so now you want a refund because you’re banned?
I am not banned… i was muted for a week. Idk what that has to do with a refund? I’ve refunded automated charges before with no problems
Because it sounds like you only want a refund because you’ve been muted, but I might not be understanding the order of things.
Sounds to me you need to learn how to behave when there’s rules in place.
It also sounds to me like you had enabled automatic renewal. That’s on you.
Turn that off first and foremost if don’t wish to keep getting charged.
Then its very clearly not the first nor the second time. Dont know if it works the same with Muting, but there is no Refund on Gametime when you broke the rules and got the penality.

Yours is not eligible for a refund because you are still able to play.
I guess refunding is a privilege granted to those in good standing, although it might be questionable. Dunno what the law is here. Probably 30-day refund, but game subscription might be a special case.
When was your last refund? I am wondering whether the wording is bad and they mean a refund timeout penalty, i.e. you have refunded something too recently.

Then that’s probably why. Refunding is something you do when something exceptional happened. They’re not going to do it monthly.
