What is the requirements for the siege? ive done it on 2 alts but cant do it on this character my renown with valdrakken is 6.
You need to do the waking shores campaign quest line, I think? It leads up to the Dragonbane siege in the end… If you have already done that. Then I truly don’t know.
If you’re level 70 and finished the full Campaign quest line on your main, then you should just be able to rock up and join the event.
In that case, you can fly to The Obsidian Throne, where the flightmaster is, and talk to the dragon there to do a skip to open it. Maybe that affects the Siege?

I don’t know if they’ve changed anything but at the start of the expansion I could go and do the siege on my alts even when the event icon and nothing showed up on the map. I just went there and did it and got the credit. Mind you that was months ago, might have been changed.
