Can't do timewalking with a fresh boosted character

hey folks,

i’ve used my boost on a character to do the timewalking to stuff quickly my toon to 415 and get a piece for nyalotha NM.

but unfortunately I can’t queue for timewalking.

i’ve read that I must wait about a day, but nothing changed.

is this ilvl capped ? any idea why ?

You can be expected to wait up to 72 hours after an applied boost.
