I tried disabling all addons, still occurs, when i try to enchant an item that already has an enchantment it ask if im sure if i want to replace my old, but the window pops away after half a secound.
Anyone else have this problem?

Have not heard of such an issue recently, personally. Can I ask which enchants are you trying to use, and on which items?
Replacing +37 Versatillity ring enchantments with +37 Mastery, after 30-40 minutes of trying to enchant i managed to do it, but this bug is still very annoying.
