Hey Guys, i want to level an alt on Retail with the BFA Zones, so i created a new Toon ( allied race ) and after login its a little bit confused, i can pick any expansion i want except BFA.
Im standing in Stormwind now, without any Quest.
Would be nice if someone could help 
Beside the Heroes Call Board in Orgrimmar, there should be an NPC with a quest “Mission Statement”. It takes you into The Stormwind Extraction.
Alliance version is probably the guy beside the Heroes Call board in SW.
Mh they Guys doesnt have any quest after the first one i get in the allied race start zone
Yeah that’s confusing. I’ve been all over stormwind on a new allied race and found no BfA quests. Chromie has nothing but other expansions, heroes call board has nothing.
There’s no Alliance NPC to get the Battle for Lordaeron quest.
Hour of Reckoning which used to be auto-accept doesn’t pop up either.
Maybe try opening a ticket because it seems like something isn’t working properly on Alliance side.

Quest was there today at 2 o’clock
After login today quest was gone and even on a new char there is no BfA start quest, just the quest for Pandaria
I’m having the same annoying issue, can’t seem to start BFA content on my now lvl 41 DK from before prepatch.
None of the usual quest givers for it are around and there’s no popup quest when entering SW.
Tried choosing a timeline from Chromie and switching back to “current time” but that doesn’t fix it either.
ask mage to teleport you to BFA
Doesn’t work, that just puts you in Boralus but doesn’t let you start any quests there.
Me and my friend have the same issue, Even when I used my mage to portal us to boralis. We wasted 30 mins running around thinking we where being stupid.
I think the patch broke it basically…
Seems like they fixed it. 
The guard in Stormwind by the Heroes Call Board now has the Tides of War quest to start BfA.
