Can't enter Heart Chamber

I can’t enter the heart chamber on most of my characters. A guildy is having the same problem. I can enter it fine on my main, but on my mage and warlock, I go through the portal to Silithus but then can’t click the to enter the heart chamber to upgrade the heart of Azeroth. My warrior doesn’t even have a portal to get to Silithus so I flew there via Uldum and couldn’t enter that way either. I also then couldn’t mount up to fly away and was forced to hearth as it didn’t matter how far I ran.

Is anyone else having this problem or have a solution?

I’ve even tried deleting my Cache and am now awaiting a ticket reply.

Have you tried going into the right forums to ask for ingame questions or opening a ticket?

Just incase you have trouble with finding it.

Though probably not a solution but, have you done Nazjatar intro/first essence unlock on those characters?

This was the issue on one of my characters so do make sure you’ve done it
