Cant enter in Zekvir (Delve)

I got quest and try go this cave.
It locked. What I missed? Or wait it spawn yellow glow, right?

You just sent me down a rabbit hole I was not aware of.

I completed a tier 7 delve with revives remaining and then Tier 8 for Zekvir unlocked.

I have completed many tier 8s, with and without deaths, and a tier 9, I still cannot enter Zekvir’s Lair. I’ve even completed every single quest in Azj-Kahet, even ones that don’t show on the world map.
