Not only my own group, but other groups I join can’t fill their keys at all for days. Why did it get so obnoxious to get a full group? It wasnt like that Season 1 of Dragonflight. Everything between 5 - 8 is painful to fill up. Anyone else?
I’ve always been a big M+ enjoyer but they are as obnoxious as hell right now.
I’m sure its a combination of a lot of things, they aren’t rewarding because delves, they are a lot more unforgiving etc. I’m just not even sure people are running them right now.
You overcomplicate things

This. I always enjoyed M+ more as i did raiding. It was somewhat challenging yet a very plannable timeframe - you got good rewards and it felt like you won something.
Now i even raid to get gear because healing M+ is such a chore - granted i need to PUG what possibly makes it even more difficult but i often have the feeling that i need to go ALL OUT on even +2 keys - not fun. Simply not fun.
I rather pick me a tank and we duo Delves → even better reward for basically NO CHALLENGE at all.
As a healer this is my experience:
Join a random group of 1 DPS.
Fly towards the dungeon.
By the time I’m there to summon, the group is full (sometimes it takes a minute to find a tank).

I don’t think that will change because delves T8 are too easy and the gear you get from them is better then anything you get from below 7.
It’s a sad sad situation.
DF S1 didn’t have this problem because S1 of DF didn’t have this idiotic change from S4 of DF applied and they didn’t have delves.
I still think that changing dungeons in S4 was the worst thing that could happen to ordinary human being playing wow 
This is my experience as well.
Maybe people never wanted to do M+, they just did it for the gear.
Now that there are other ways to get gear, they drop m+ like a pile of processed food.
That would be my reason if I could be bothered to do m+ at all, but instead I just stopped playing wow for years.
Maybe the lower keys but 7+ is extremely farmed atm. My only (minor gripe) is that thanks to the moronic tier lists people became obsessed with resto shaman and hpally.
Thats funny because hpal isnt wven near top , its literaly mid pack in tierlists .
Also for 7s prevoker is way better than shaman at least in my exp. Way more dmg , enough healing u dont realy need anything else.
This always happens at the start of the expansion, massive influx of players and so content that is already starved for one type of player (tanks) gets turbocharged. Dw alot of players will quit in the next couple of months and it will get back to normal.
