Cant find any Explorer's Scout Pack's

After some days from release I have seemingly lost all possibility to find any explorer’s scout packs. Im renown 8 with them, did the quest where you get to use the map. Quest still tagged as completed but I’ve been flying around forever and not even spotted one - even with the Anomaly Detection Mark I.

According to wowhead comments there is a pre-requisite

  1. Prequest: Loot Dragon Isles Supply Bag from Primal Proto-Drake and complete item quest Funding a Treasure Hunt
    It never dropped for me during lvling, but always dropped from 1-st NPC when i got there at max lv
    So you buy Archeologist Artifact Notes from Cataloger Jakes and find the first treasure Golden Dragon Goblet - it is intro treasure, and you get 1-st map for free

Same here, can’t find any of these packs. I could yesterday but not now.

Already done. It seems like when you get the dirt piles, the spawnrate of the packs go way way down. smh

There are plenty… Use rarescanner addon.

Also do prerequisite as few people suggested here.
