Can't find Legion artifact questline

Hi, my Monk was made as a 110 boost. I’ve decided I want to go and set up his Legion class hall just because it seems fun and I didn’t play Legion.

I can’t find the quest chain. I checked Wowhead and can’t find the quest starter anywhere. I am not getting anyone running up to me in Dalaran offering a quest. I’ve searched Orgrimmar Dala and the Wandering Isle with trivial quests turned on and can’t find anything.

I may have done a few quests in the chain at some point, I really can’t remember. I’ve cleared my quest log if I did do so. I certainly havent got as far as where there would be a big dagger sitting in the hall on the Wandering Isle.

I’d really appreciate some help. Thanks!

Try Archivist Elysiana in New Dala.

I don’t know whether it still works the same as in 7.3.5, but she used to be able to set you up with the class hall starter quests.
