Can't find the Hunter's Legion class mount quest

Hello there! I have a huge problem with the “Feathermane Pet Taming”

  1. A Glorious Campaign - done

  2. Breaching the Tomb - done

  3. Complete “Night of the Wilds” to acquire the Trust of a Loyal Wolfhawk Trust of a Loyal Wolfhawk class mount.

I don’t have this quest. I didn’t get the “golden letter”, Nimi Brightcastle is just not there, where she should be (as I understand)
