I’m supposed to kill Gomegaz, Shahandana and Jarroc Torn-Wing, but they’re not showing up at the locations marked on the map. I tried to watch youtube videos on this, but these people just walk to those locations an keal them. There’s nothing for me when I go there. Am I too high level to complete this quest or is this a bug?

You probably got phased to the WoD-version of the zone as you leveled up to be eligible for that phase. Talk to Zidormi at the Northern border of the zone to get back to your questing phase.
