I’ve reach customer support but nothing. Im a bit frustrating with quest Nightwatch. It’s require 2 optional and one required task: collect propoganda orders. I’ve collect them, 8. But can’t submit quest for some reasons.
I’ve try reload UI, delete cache, re-take quest… nothing helps!

My problem was resolved. After some game update (recently) i’ve re-take quest and it was appears new item, on wall. I even google it, now somebody put video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml7WsKBVydQ
still issue, support jurst say known issue which will be looked at, now lvl 80, abandoned and restarted on another computer wuithout addons, didnt fix and Faaerin missing second attempt
