Can't fly with boosted Lvl 80 character. Can't start Violent Impacts quest

I have returned to retail after 5 years to prepare for Midnight. I boosted my character to level 80, done the K’aresh questline and returned to Dorn to unlock flying there, but I can’t.

The pile of rocks is not there for me in Isle of Dorn, as the area looks, so I cannot begin the Violent Impacts quest, which locks me out of flying. I don’t have the Silithus quest available either.

What can I do?

Not sure what happened, but I relogged my character and I’ve got the pathfinder unlocked. Thanks anyway!
