I can’t take a healthstone from a soulwell from my party, and the warlock cannot even trade me a hs (“item is not tradeable”)

no idea, but that shouldnt matter i think, it should turn into a normal one for you? especially from soulwell
Not to state the obvious, but you ARE grouped with them, yes? 
It does matter for trading though. The Warlock’s own HS will be of a special type that cannot be traded. You should still be able to take one from the well though, this is strange.
yep, we’re in the same group, same server group too, we can trade other items
Sure your bags aren’t that messy that you already have one in there from before? Or enough bagspace? Weird if it doesn’t work, might be a reportable bug in that case.
