Can't get back to Khaz Algar

Hello. I was doing the intro quest to the war within with war mode enabled (I forgot to turn it off). Since a group of players were killing me repeatedly at the beach after dalaran blows up, I hearthed to stormwind to deactivate war mode.

However, the portal to khaz algar isn’t in the stormwind portal room, the portal to dalaran beside the auction house is not there since dalaran just blew up, and khadgar isn’t in legion dalaran. I don’t want to level another character to do the intro with. Please help.

I finally figured it out. If you go to the center of Dalaran there’s a portal to the room with Khadgar. You can talk to him and he’ll teleport you to (other) Dalaran where you can turn in the quest and continue.

Edit – eh, if it’s just to get to Khaz just ask a mage to portal you.

There is a second floor of portals. In SW you have to go to the back and up some steps. In Org it’s on the lower portal room floor.
