Can't get my Mag'har orc heritage armor?

So today i took a race change on my orc and changed it to the Mag’har one, but i didn’t get any quest for the heritage armor? Can anyone plz help me?

" Allied races can unlock their set by leveling an allied race character to level 110 without the use of the Recruit-A-Friend extra level bonus, Character Boost, Race Change, or Faction Change services."

You have to level from scratch.

Can’t race-change, can’t RaF boost, can’t 110 boost.

Level from lvl 20 on a new character.

@Trollmonster: Others were faster, you need indeed to level manually to qualify.
